Keraion offers its customers an “Easy to return” policy, for one or all products in your order.

In case, you have received the wrong product or not satisfied with the quality. Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

1. Return request initiated within 5-7 days of order delivery.
2. The product is not used or altered in any way.
3. While returning the product/products, original packaging with all the tags & labels must be present. Including the serial number of the product, you are returning.
4. If the product is not covered under the Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty.

BEFORE SHIPMENT: After receiving the cancellation request from your end, our team will initiate the refund within 24-72 business hours.

AFTER DELIVERY: Once the order is shipped or you been returned, the process of refund will be initiated after the successful verification of the product at our warehouse.

• Card/UPI/Net banking: In this case, the return will be processed on the same account you made the payment with. It can take 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, once the product is received and refund is initiated.

• Cash on delivery: The return amount will be initiate via bank transfer, on your shared billing details. Once the product is received, it will take another 3-5 days for the amount to get reflected into your given account.
